Leadership and management are, i think of his different skills. Leadership is more of the big level. And if you want a bigger business, you also need leadership. That's truenow, i have a small business. I don't need leadership so much, or at least i don't need management. Persuasion, marketing, sales, ther kinds of persuasion.
