Is There Still a Limit on Subscription Revenue?

After two and a quarter years, retaining and losing 5% of those people starts to dominate the growth that I could get from new subscriptions. And you end up with this ceiling, and like you can see it in this tool, you put in your numbers and it will kind of show you where that limit is. It was definitely not intuitive to me that there would be a ceiling like this. The weight of the existing people who are subscribing, that is what's determining my overall subscriber base far more than any change that I could make in the short term.
