The Importance of Learning

I believe in companies, you're left with people who cannot find equally compelling or better job somewhere else. And they're of course going to force you not to change anything. It's that mindset. Are you driven as a person to learn, to experiment? If you're not, should this be the field that you're in? But again, what does that have to do? You cannot, but you cannot. That's the problem.
