The Second Type of QE for Japan

The first type of QE is for the central bank to purchase non-performing assets from banks. The second type is quite a parallel symmetric for the centralBank to purchase performing assets from non-banks. And then you inject money, that's part of going direct. It could be for Japan, it had the proposal, it could be land. Tokyo is one of those not very green cities as in park space per capita. We need to kickstart bank credit creation. Economy's down, unemployment's up. Well, you just have to central bank by land. Mm-hmm.
