I Can't Even Imagine Being Without Social Media Platforms

i feel like i kind of want to learn more about this, like, what it is urge tat we're feeling. I mean, we all it's, it's meant to be addicting. It's like gambling. And it's something that's happening in our brains, you know, it's designed to make us addicted. That is the phones. That is tick talk, that is instigram. The rest is just checking for no reason at all, really, just as urge that i don't even know what it stems from. So many of us unable to even imagine being without these apsent social media platforms.
