The Absorption of Ideas in Science

I think a lot of the ideas and things that we have now it will be interesting to see in you know as the as the decades go by so to speak there's a very slow process for seeing these things get sort of very widely absorbed. I find it kind of charming that people will take ideas well a big one from that book is computational and reducibility but at the beginning when I first introduced that idea back in the 1980s it was very far from obvious.
