Is There a Silver Lining to the Supreme Court Ruling?
There's no single coherent libertarian position because of that internal division, i think, with an so i guess that takes us to thinking about political futures am out of this. And one thing that struck me, kind of observing from afar, is that it seems to me there's much more. This might be just wishful thinking on my part, but there does seem to him to be at least more widespread recognition of the er problem that the american left has over relied on judicial activism and the veneration of the supreme court.
