Is There a Seed Limit in the Universe?

If something is far enough away, you can't fected right now. In the time it takes for light to travel from the tip of your death ray one foot, there's nothing you can do about what's happening one foot away from you right now. You could only ever see one slice of the universe, and your slice in the universe might tell a different story from other slices of the universe. And this is really hard t get into your head, because you imagine that what we're doing with physics is trying to build up like an absolute picture of the universe,. But also that what you do learn about the universe might not be like the absolute truth.
