Cervical Longevity Screening in Twins

A short servic in the mid trimester is associate with an increased risk of subsequent term birth at some point prior to 37 weeks. So cervical length, the longer the servic, the lower the wrist. But unfortunate, like everything else in medicine, it's not an exact science. You can have a very short servic and go to full term. And you can have a long servic and ultimately deliver pre term.
