Crossfit Specific Training

There's no point doing crossfit specific training sessions if you didn't have that sort of hybrid athlete base behind them. Just because you have a high b o2 max doesn't mean you're going to be a good crossfitter so again it goes back to that it's necessary but not sufficient we could have someone come in from a triathlon background and i have worked with these individuals and they want to be competitive at crossfit. Shows some kind of attractiveness towards hybrid training because it gives this base physiological state which then on top of that you would then do certain training types to try and make it more specific to the sport.
