We Are Not Courageous Enough to Incode the Past
We often build on our theories in a rube goldberg kind of way. We rarely radically rethink things until someone comes along and really has just done some pure white board thinking from the start. So one point is that we often not courageous enough to take information from the past and incode it in very formal ways. Levalier was a french mathematician, and he said that if the model of the solar system is correct, with the sun in the centre, there should be a mass at this particular point in the sky at this particular time of year.
