The Three Pillars of Regulation Reform

Congress needs to focus on what we would call the three pillars of regulatory reform. Congress can pass something like the Democratic Accountability and Rulemaking Act. It says that no rules can be initiated or signed off by anyone who is not a presidentially appointed and Senate confirmed official.
