Global Development Initiative

The Belt and Road Initiative was still China-centric, even though the later frame is a global program. In some way, this reflects the Chinese approach of the shape, their strategic opportunity. It's also a way to criticize the US Indo-Pacific strategy. What it does is that China has done in other parts, particularly in Asia, they would identify by the common development agenda shared by a lot of countries.
