The Difference Between Hard and Soft Voices

Some people try to place their teeth on their tongue so hard. It's supposed to be like a very common mistake. So I just say breathe on your, you know, breathe while your tongue is in between your upper tip and your lower tip. Guys, I hope you're doing it with us everyone. And how do you explain the difference between the hard and soft the voice and the voiceless?
