The GLP1 receptor agonists are the raglitide, Someaglitide and Trulicity. They're totally different from SELT2 inhibitors in that they work on long-term outcomes like weight loss rather than sugar lowering. The new guidelines try to guide clinicians to help say, okay, do they have more heart failure and CKD and the SGLT2 inhibitor after metformin or instead of metformin? It really doesn't matter what your sugars are.
