I left full time employment in 2001, was the last time I had a job. But after I went full time in property, that's when the development career started. Instead of buying individual properties to let out basically building blocks of apartments and then letting those individual units out. And London was my stomping ground. In 2013, it was as though Christmas had come. What was a pain in the air to do under planning commission suddenly became permitted development.
