I love that it's basically scheduling, scheduling the things that you know you need to do at a time that you're most likely to do them. I think a lot of people fall into the pit of all they some on line course that's telling you, this is the way you have to do it. And so they follow that, and it doesn't work for them. You know, like for me, working out is somethingi'll push off my plate, so i don't care. It's not like i don't like it. Like, when when i'm in that zone of, like, being conductor to all moving parts, i want, if i can stay in it
