Do We Play From Roles?
I really like to have cross functional groups having an OS canvas in front of them and figuring out what the fuck is going on in the system. I want that group to be looking at how are things being resourced? How is the tooling going? Are we missing a strategy here? Like just keeping them really grounded in like your first job is systems thinking. And for me, that is the distinction about the ready way of working that I'm always very excited about.
