Suzanne Butler's Dilemma
Suzanne Butler and Melody Smith were in the plane with Mr Ben. They start with a last minute appeal to prosecutor Michael Band. Her plan? To go within myself to control my emotions. Florida does allow victims to testify as to the impact of a crime, but not about their own personal feelings on punishment. So her strongly held anti-death penalty beliefs are strictly off limits.
