Curiousness and Fear
A quote by an Irish poet named James Stevens says that curiosity will conquer fear even more than bravery will. Buddhist psychologists have talked about a quality that they call virea and they talk about this in relation to curiosity. This quality of virea arises out of curiosity and it's translated as courageous energy which I find really interesting. We do see a lot of association of this open mind that I talk about my book having all sorts of impacts one of the studies I talk about in the book actually comes from Carol Dwork and her people where they gave mindset training to adolescents and found that they became less racist and more compassionate.
