Bhagavad Gita is about three ways of looking at the world, God and ourselves. The first stage is to look upon God as a Supreme being - that's how we describe him in all religions. Stage two: Everything is God here; stage three: everything is not God alone is. And third level: You are Brahman -- pure awareness, pure consciousness. That's what I mean by 'absolute reality'
