The Sarcophagus

It's an amazing way to show horror without gratuitous violence. The scale of it feels about exactly right. One of my, the most amazing episode in some ways is when they basically realize that we're going to have to go up on the roof and throw all this stuff back down into where the reactor was. They discover there's these three different piles with three differing amounts of danger.
