Do You Need a Combat Tourniquet?

First aid is focused on first aid rather then specifically combat. You are not worried about sterility when you are applying a tourniquet. It does not matter if you get shit in the wound, like because they will dot. Two is what most ffects come with. People i know who have responded to shooting say,. you want more like for because they all lot wind up getting used?
