Interacting With People via Slack or Email Is Not Helping Us Get Along Better

I sense but have no research to prove this point that flattening our conversations with each other over the last couple of years through digital form formats is not helping us get along better. I think oftentimes, if you're dealing with someone who you believe aligns with one of the archetypes, you have to ask yourself what's the context in which we've been interacting. And it's so easy to just decide slap a label on someone, right? Like they play the victim, I'm done with them. Yet you have to remember we're we're contributing to that dynamic. They are human that has an entire set of things going on in their life that you don't see every day
