Every morning we sit at five, forty five minutes and every evening we sit at four 30. During that time, you close your eyes so you're not distracted by sights outside you sitting quietly. You're not listening to music or conversation. Your body is ina stable posture. So all you have really is your mind to come back to your body and the thoughts and the feelings. That all has trained me to be still and to be with myself. I sit with the community and blunt to be my own soul mate.
