The Culture Change in Ingvar
The company was growing in sales numbers 15% per year, which means that you're doubling every five years or so. At the time we built when I was there about five to seven stores per year, and many of them were in seven different countries. So a lot happened during that from qualitative 58886 to mid 90s. And then the rest is also history in terms of the continued growth into Eastern Europe in particular where we already were in my time. And then also Asia and everything else. There's only two white spots in the world from a store point of view and that's Africa. Latin America is still without an OKA store.
