There are two ways to use on line. Jobs about page. You can post a job and let people come to you, or you can proactively contact people. I will often do both, but i prefer to contact people. Part of it is just a personality thing. Me, i want to know like there are people that are relevant to what i want. And once i've contacted 20, 30 people, it's the exact same thing as if i posted a job.
