The Importance of Balance in Business

Companies need to balance profits with their mission. What is your just cause? And is it inspiring enough to take people's breath away? Does it cause them want to be with you? For example, I put on I own an event center in Utah. We're doing glass walks, fire walks. We're challenging our limiting beliefs. It's terrifying at first. But all of these exercises I put people through force them to make a choice. Either you are or you're not about the personal development thing. That's who I want in my companies. Most corporations don't get that today. People are feeling disconnected. The mental health crisis is so out of whack and companies don't know
