The Justice Department's Criminal Referal

The january sixth committee has concluded that they have enough evidence to make a criminal refer to the justice department for donald trump's role in obstructing the certification of the 20 20 presidential election. Some members in staff are reportedly reluctant to send a referal because it may look too political. They also argue that a refer will ultimate have no bearing on whether merrick arland decides to charge trump. Stop worrying so much about that legitimacy isn't something bestowed by god, from above.
