Mary Magdalene's Confession

New Testament scholar Elizabeth Schrader claims two Mary's were present at Lazarus's resurrection. She parallels the story of Peter's confession with what she reads as Mary's confession and takes Magdalene to be a new name similar to Cephas, meaning tower. It doesn't really have any faith significance because the specific identities of individuals mentioned in scripture are not known. But I think it's got an uphill battle to be accepted by the scholarly community.
