Is Russia Providing Most of the Capacity for Enrichment?

The loss of enrichment is going to benefit the miners. The current enriches which in the West are Uranco and Orano will not be expanding their capacity unless they have the contracts for it. It cost about a billion and a half US dollars to expand 1 million SWO. This is going to take three to five years before laser enrichment comes on the scene.
