I've known loads of americans who've moved to other cultures that reflected their values, and they've loved their life style. The health care situation is a majora issue in the united states right now. And i don't know how it'll be resolved, but i do think it's inevitable it be resolved in the next decade or so. If you generally feel culturally American and youve got a pretty good thing in the united States, your better, easier move is just to relocate inside of the united states. That transition will be vastly easier and much more comfortable for you than moving to ecuador or moving to Canada.
