Is There a Difference Between Default Mode of Operation and the Exception That Works?
I have so many manageral policies that are designed wher people focus on the exception, or they flat on the ption that worked. But i also think it's a more accurate. If you go around and ask people in organizations, what percentage of people here care about what they're doing, are conscientious, can be trust? And if we infuse what we do with a sense of purpose, not even saving the world purpose, but just like making a contribution of some kind somewherepurpose, hen we're going to be a lot better.
