I think that's really interesting I mean get psyched was the first bit of media content that therapy therapist connect how because we did a blog post for days. I'm just interested to hear about your journey terms is that connection as you've gone into private practice and maybe not opportunities to kind of connect in that broad way. Yeah absolutely and that's do you know it's a shame because it gets out as for me it grew into a great platform and that was really exciting but it asked so much of me.
