PCNs in Rural Areas

The size of the PCN is a huge challenge in terms of both lower grade or lower paid ARS staff, you know, traveling 30, 40 miles to go to a surgery and they just don't want to go there. The COVID vaccination thing, I think, just pointed out earlier, was a huge challenge. You've got the added factor of second-home is driving up house prices. That is a massive problem for me, by the way, because we live right by the beach and everyone from London seems to just want to move by the beach. But it's probably going to cost quite a bit of money to sort it out.
