Is There a Role for Philosophers Like Mill and Bentham in Changing Public Sentence on Slavery?
Do you feel like there was a significant role for philosophers like mill and bentham, who were outspoken abolitionists? i definitely think that theen tenment played a key role in sort of shifting a lot of white attitudes. William lloyd garrison would be one of the best examples that i could think of. I mean, there's very few white americans who did more than willliam lloyd garrison did to promote emancipation.
