Prostate Cycling in Critical Illness

We have just finalized a randomized controlled trial in trauma patients with hemorrhagic shock who also received prostacycline at LODOS 472 hours versus placebo. We are very excited and somewhat nervous but with a good feeling based on these data. That leads to a fascinating question as to whether prostate cycling can be used in general critically ill patients, that is our working hypothesis. It may work in other types of patients with critical illness.
