"I feel like this statistic is unfortunate for some fun but yeah it's really the perception right this is there," he says. 'You can't teach someone something if you don't know anything about kind of which direction they're trying to go'  "It's my job to dig deeper and figure out exactly what the problem is okay well you need higher conversion rates."
