Most often, we have a feeling of boredom we want to fix. Shining more light on our digital compulsions can not only soften any work anxiety but also lets us pay quality attention to the loved ones around us. There's a common misconception that mindfulness is all about being perfectly balanced and calm in all situations. This can be a dangerous perspective, since it places all the in a conflict on us. However, there absolutely are times when anger and frustration are appropriate responses.
