Is My Calendar Still Empty?

John's calendar is empty by design, so that he can have space for calls with clients. He uses morgan to organise his events and tasks in a more organised way. John says the biggest limitation of living on same page as other people is they don't live near each other. But i think we're pretty successful in using it for our own work right now - I'm just trying to figure out how best to make this happen.
