There's so much stuff that happens in conflict that is herrifically inevitable, and there's only so much that we can plan for with responses. We're not able to confirm or deny war crimes in ukrane. But i think there are things that we can do within society to mitigate and ultimately prevent that risk. That is a real social change, and it starts with the root. And the root is about creating gender equality.
