Am i is about creating the process which, if you're able to do that effectively, often ends up with the person deciding to make a behavior change. The experience or the inner action we have to somebody could be helpful or harmful right? Sometimes we just never know what it is. But from a training perspective, all i'll say is that's one of the hardest things, for people to learn. It seems like such an intensity, because it presents with the most focus on whatever the client are in need of at the time.
