How Do You Get a Sample From a Factory?
It took nearly a year to get one good sample. We got a couple of non-good samples. They're just doing this on good faith at this point. When they were about to ship it, I think we paid for shipping. But eventually someone was like, yeah, okay, we can make it. And then once we got connected to this group that does kind of the connections between factories and helps you manage stuff, it got a lot easier.
