The Past Is Existing in the Present Moment

Bergson would say that we should think of the present as existing in what he calls actual ity. The past is not something that merely has effects on the present from afar away back then, like we talked about on the other theory. Bergson: "The present moment carries with it the entirety of everything that has ever happened in the past"
