How to Wake Up and Sleep Better

If you're waking up and staying awake for less than 15 minutes, then you should not worry. The world is not going to crash because you did not check your email or something. When I travel, there are many hotels where they actually don't have the perfect bed. If one bed is warm, I wake up. So I always go for two-queen beds. That's a good habit. You just roll over to the other side and sleep. It took a cooler side of the bed. Yeah. And as you mentioned, don't open to see your text or email or anything. that's the worst time to kind of do sensory stimulation. They can wait.
