In your book you talk about a kind of psychic exhaustion right from half feeling in everywhere I had to be perfect in air on every front have you felt less of that over the years or is this still something you struggle with. Between a very good therapist and the right medication I can attend to it the way oneYeah I'm not let me not even come up with a physical comparison to civilize it right I can attended to it it is in my temperament to some extent for sure did it partly come from my father who knows yes perhaps so I will always be encountering it.
