The Data Journey of a CIO
The CIO is in a very unique position because you pretty much control and own most of those systems of record. I told my business, anytime somebody comes and shows key KPIs, companies, operational metrics, your first question should be, did that come from Helios? If it didn't come, you should not believe or trust that data as then someone's cooking it up in their desktop. And so creating that trust in the data was the second thing I went after.
