Judd: I've been going through a resurgence of panic attacks recently triggered by long standing claustrophobia. And so I've been having trouble on airplanes and elevators. One of the treatments that I really have had a lot of positive experience with for panic is exposure therapy where you expose yourself systematically and carefully to the things that are scaring you. The point of the story I'm about to tell is that you don't want to push yourself too hard in this.
