The Hovara agreement was signed between Hitler's and SDP in 1933 to support mandatory Palestine. Jews would be permitted to leave Germany, but they weren't allowed to take all their wealth with them. The goods that they purchased in Germany would also be shipped to Israel as a bank transfer. It was saying rather than you boycotting us, all the riches that you have in this country are going to be converted into purchasing German goods which will sell to you.
