Puerto Rico. There's a place in Austin, Cincinnati that sells mafongo. It's fried plantains that are mashed or steamed or boiled or fried. And then they put all kinds of toppings on top of the cooked plantains. Man, like to me, for me to cook or to like, order out or something.
